This month, I celebrate my 20-year anniversary as a coach!

I am happy to share this anniversary with you because I am so grateful that these years, being self-employed, have brought me so much.

In these 20 years, I have had the opportunity to carry out assignments for 175 companies.

From individual coaching questions to team coaching questions.

I have had the opportunity to coach more than 1,000 clients, I just counted them!

The coaching led to many insights and development in the areas of personal growth, leadership and/or career.

Many of you are now members of my Linkedin Group and I still maintain warm contacts with many.

People and work has always been the denominator and especially the relationship with business and continuing to develop and move with the times suits me like a glove.

And 20 years really is a milestone to remember.

And to thank everyone who has contributed to it.

I hope to continue this role as a coach for a long time to come and in good health. It is a privilege to do this work.
