Privacy statement

Loomancoaching considers protecting the personal details of its clients and business relations as very important. Therefore, your personal data will be treated carefully and secured in accordance with the requirements of the Personal Data Protection Act (Wbp) and the AVG.

How long?

When you provide your personal data and / or CV to Loomancoaching as a client, your data will be included in the Loomancoaching database. When you send us your personal data / CV you explicitly give permission to keep your personal data until you indicate that you no longer wish to.

Which data?

We process the following personal data; Name and address details, mobile number, date of birth, e-mail address and gender. As far as this appears from your CV or LinkedIn profile, we also process data such as: educational level, current and former employers, interests and personality traits, additional positions, and any other personal data. Also your assignments that you carry out during the coaching and that you send to us by e-mail are stored in the Loomancoaching database under your name.

Who to share with?

This information is only shared between the client and Loomancoaching and is only intended as input for the coaching process.

Rights

You have the right to view, correct and / or delete your personal data.

Amendments

This privacy statement can be changed without prior notice. We advise you to regularly consult this privacy statement.
